La gare de Lyon-Perrache est une gare ferroviaire française établie dans la ville de Lyon, chef-lieu de la métropole de Lyon, en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Elle est située dans le quartier de Perrache, entre le confluent et le reste de la presqu'île de Lyon.
La gare ferroviaire de Perrache fut construite à partir de 1855 par l'architecte François-Alexis Cendrier pour le compte de la Compagnie du chemin de fer de Paris à Lyon et fut inaugurée le 2 juin 1857.
