Malgré son aspect extérieur austère, l'église bénéficie d'une richesse et d'une architecture intérieure exceptionnelles, en particulier le retable du maître autel de l'artiste catalan Joseph Sunyer, sculpté sur bois et recouvert d'une feuille d'or. Les pierres du clocher montrent les étapes de sa construction.
