Eglise paroissiale dédiée à Sainte Geneviève, datant du 11ème siècle et reconstruite en 1733, puis entièrement rebâtie en 1854. Une petite chapelle située dans l'angle formé par le bas nord du transept et la nef abrite une Mise au Tombeau, du 16ème siècle, de 11 personnages en pierre polychrome (d'une hauteur de 1.30 m) dont 10 sont regroupés autour du Christ mort. Le sépulcre est classé Monument Historique depuis 1929. Visite sur rendez-vous auprès de la mairie de Rehon et pendant les Journées du Patrimoine.
