Les membres de la famille Marcol, seigneurs de Manoncourt, font construire au XVIIème siècle le château de Manoncourt avec son parc de 3 ha. Détruit en grande partie au cours de la guerre 1914-1918, il est reconstruit en 1919-1920 par Monsieur Colin, un riche industriel de la région. Le château de Manoncourt est alors également appelé La Maison Colin. En 1924, Monsieur Colin commande à l'artiste Louis Guingot (1864-1948) peintre, décorateur, inventeur et membre fondateur de l'Ecole de Nancy, la réalisation de majestueuses fresques afin de décorer la salle de fête du château. La propriété est aujourd'hui inscrite à l'inventaire des Monuments Historiques.
La charpente intérieure est signée Emile Gallé.
