Les parterres, carrés, sont surélevés et ceinturés de plessis en châtaignier tressé, réalisés par des agents du service des Espaces paysagers. Ils montrent des plantes sauvages et horticoles (indigotier, armoise, myrte, cardon, dahlia…) dont certaines parties permettent d’obtenir les colorants naturels employés dans les industries du textile, de la peinture et de la cosmétique.

Le jardin des Teinturiers aux jours et heures d’ouverture du musée du Vauluisant :
- du mercredi au dimanche de 10h à 13h et de 14h à 18h .
(fermé les lundi et mardi).
