Ce moulin médiéval a connu bien des adaptations et des modifications à travers les âges, visibles de nos jours. Il conserve une très belle salle des meules, ainsi qu’un grand pressoir à huile de noix et les traces de l’emplacement d’une scierie hydraulique.
Il est à sec, ce qui permet de voir parfaitement le système des puits en cuve. Le moulin ne fonctionne plus mais est devenu un centre de documentation très intéressant sur les moulins, l’eau, la pêche et encore maints romans…
