Situé à 109 mètres d'altitude sur la crête qui traverse une partie de Gornac, le Moulin du Haut-Benauge, devenu le symbole patrimonial de la commune, est un moulin à vent édifié en 1601. Depuis sa restauration en 1971, le moulin abrite un petit musée de la vigne et du vin qui expose des outils agricoles et artisanaux (vigneron, tonneliers, maréchal-ferrant, sabotier, bûcheron, faucheur...) et une iconographie sur les métiers ruraux. Ouvertures et démonstrations au public aux Journées des moulins (mai) et aux Journées du patrimoine (septembre).
