A 15 minutes des plages, le chalet en bois "IPARLA" construit sur une terrasse "dans les arbres", au beau milieu d'une forêt, dans le calme d'une propriété de plus de 2 hectares de grands chênes et châtaigniers. Confort maximum, pour 2 adultes (+ 2 enfants de moins de 10 ans maxi).
Ces chalets bois et la maison d'habitation sont implantés sur une petite colline. La propriété est très bien protégée des vents dominants et tempêtes éventuelles.
