Paysage atypique de par ses chalets construits sur pilotis, la plage des Chalets est la plage de Gruissan. Accessible en vélo depuis Gruissan par une piste cyclable longeant le canal, c'est ici que Jean-Jacques Beineix a tourné 37,2° le matin en 1986.
Ce chalet individuel avec terrasse et salon de jardin est situé au 1er étage à proximité de la plage.
Il comporte un coin cuisine, un séjour avec coin repas et 3 chambres chacune avec un lit en 140, une salle d'eau et un WC indépendant.
Une douche de plage est installée au rez-de-chaussée, ainsi qu'un autre WC indépendant dans la partie garage.
