Accès par escalier extérieur. Balcon-terrasse (16m²) avec petit salon de jardin surplombant le jardin (chaises longues).
Les propriétaires habitent à proximité et seront ravis de vous conseiller.
Cuisine-séjour-salon (22m²-cheminée avec insert. Le premier charriot de bois est gratuit (2 soirées), le suivant est à 5€, Internet par WIFI), lave-linge dans un local situé au rez-de-chaussée, chambre (12m²-1 lit 160, lit bébé), salle d'eau, wc. Lit fait à l'arrivée. Linge de toilette et de maison fournis. Chauffage avec chaudière à condensation compris dans les tarifs.
