Situé à la campagne, au calme, il se compose de 3 chambres avec 3 grands lits en 140, une salle de bain refaite et un WC à l'étage. En bas, grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, lave linge, frigo, MO, ….poêle à bois.
Barbecue extérieur sous abris. Très bel espace extérieur.
L'hébergement est proche du lac de Neuvic : navigation motorisée autorisée, parcours de pêche, école de voile, golf, station sport nature, centre équestre, restauration autour du lac, plage , circuits randonnée et VTT, accrobranche. Animaux non acceptés.
