Pour des moments en famille réussis : salon avec mezzanine, grande cuisine équipée, baby foot et billard, 3 salles de bain (1 baignoire et 2 douches). L'espace extérieur présente un terrain avec terrasse, salon de jardin, chaises longues et barbecue, piscine, table de ping-pong, jeux pour enfants (balançoire, toboggan, cabane...).
