A proximité de la maison du Forgeron, charmant avec ses murs de pierre et ses poutres apparentes, le gîte de Chauffour a tout pour plaire : une vaste pièce de vie dotée d'un salon (wifi, TV), un espace repas et une cuisine aménagée avec soin (fours, frigo, hotte, lave-vaisselle, petit électroménager, lave-linge et sèche-linge collectif installés dans la buanderie). La salle d'eau spacieuse avec double-vasques, douche à l'italienne et WC est située en rez de chaussée. Au 1er étage, le palier aménagé en coin détente ou chambre d'appoint (canapé convertible) donne sur 3 agréables chambres (3 lits 140). Et pour profiter au maximum de cette belle campagne corrézienne, un parc immense, des arbres centenaires, un spa et une piscine privés et non loin l'étang pour pêcher ou canoter.
Cette location n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
