L'église de Cornimont n'est pas un édifice ancien, roman ou gothique, qui justifie le déplacement ou un détour important. Pourtant elle saura retenir votre attention et vous séduire par la simplicité de son architecture néo-gothique ou les divers points d'intérêt particulier : vitraux, statue de la Madone, grandes orgues baroques...
Construite en 1864, elle est la troisième du lieu afin de pouvoir accueillir la population qui a quintuplé sous l'effet de l'expansion industrielle (textile).
