La 16e Brigade d'assaut par air est une brigade de l'armée britannique basée à Colchester dans le comté d'Essex. Il s'agit de la formation aéroportée à réaction rapide de l'Armée de terre et la seule brigade de l'armée britannique qui soit spécialisée dans les opérations d'assaut aérien.
Tout le personnel de la brigade porte le béret marron, et ceux qualifiés comme parachutistes militaires portent l'insigne de parachutiste de leur spécialité.
