La plupart des maisons près de la plage de Vathi ne sont accessibles que par la plage, car la route principale goudronnée à la périphérie du village s'arrête. Si vous louez une chambre à Vathi, il y a de fortes chances que vous transportiez vos bagages avec une brouette (ou ils le feront pour vous). Comme il n'y a pas de routes et donc pas de voitures dans le village, c'est un endroit idéal pour les enfants.
