Le Théâtre antique d'Épidaure est un théâtre dans la ville grecque d'Épidaure, situé à l'extrémité sud-est du sanctuaire dédié à l'ancien dieu grec de la médecine, Asclépios. Il est construit sur le versant ouest de la montagne Cynortion, près de l'actuelle Lygourio, et appartient à la municipalité d'Épidaure. Construit à la fin du IVe siècle av. J.-C., il est considéré comme le théâtre grec ancien le plus parfait en ce qui concerne l'acoustique et l'esthétique.
