La collision de Zagreb entre deux avions de ligne, un Douglas DC-9 d'InexAdria et un Trident HS 121 de British Airways, s'est produite le 10 septembre 1976 au-dessus de Vrbovec, au nord-est de Zagreb , entraînant la mort de 177 personnes . Ce fut à l'époque la collision aérienne la plus meurtrière. Elle reste le pire accident aérien mortel en Croatie et en Yougoslavie, et le seul impliquant un appareil de British Airways.
