Le couvent des Carmes à Budapest est depuis 2019 le bureau officiel du Premier ministre de Hongrie. Le monument se trouve dans le quartier du Château, sur la place Saint-Georges, à proximité immédiate du Palais Sándor.
Sur le terrain du bâtiment actuel se trouvait déjà un couvent franciscain construit vers 1270 avec une église dédiée à saint Jean. C'est ici que le roi hongrois André III a été enterré en 1301. Selon certains historiens, la Chronique des images hongroise y a également vu le jour. Entre-temps, le bâtiment a également abrité Johannes Capistranus et Pál Tomori.
