Civitella Casanova est une commune italienne de 1 950 habitants, dans la province de Pescara dans la région des Abruzzes, et appartient à la communauté de montagne Vestina du côté du parc national du Gran Sasso et de Monti della Laga et la Réserve Voltigno régionale et le Val d'Angri, une réserve régionale incluse dans le parc national. Le village fonde son économie essentiellement sur l'agriculture.
