Lomazzo est une ville et une commune de la province de Côme, dans la région italienne de la Lombardie. Elle est située à mi-chemin entre Côme et Milan. Le centre historique ancien de la ville a été fondé au sommet d'une colline située dans la vallée sur la rive droite de la Lura. Le territoire municipal contient une grande partie du parc de la Lura. Lomazzo a reçu le titre de Città par un décret présidentiel le 11 juillet 2006.
Lomazzo borde les municipalités suivantes : Bregnano, Cadorago, Cirimido, Guanzate, Rovellasca, Rovello Porro, Turate.
