Alezio est une commune de la province de Lecce dans les Pouilles en Italie. Créée en 1873, elle était auparavant dénommée Villa Picciotti et constituait une frazione de la commune de Gallipoli.
Le territoire de la commune est de 16 km². Elle comptait 5675 habitants en 2019. Alezio se situe à une altitude de 75m.
