Patti est une commune italienne d'environ 13 200 habitants, située dans la province de Messine, sur la côte nord-orientale de la Sicile en Italie.
Par sa situation géographique, son histoire et son potentiel économique et touristique, Patti est l'un des centres majeurs de la côte tyrrhénienne de la province de Messine. La ville est depuis le Moyen Âge le siège d'un diocèse suffrageant catholique, l'un des plus anciens de Sicile, qui comprend 45 communes et dont le titulaire, depuis 1989, est Mgr Ignazio Zambito.
