Les champs Phlégréens , du grec φλεγραῖος , sont une région volcanique située dans le golfe de Pouzzoles, au nord-ouest de Naples . Ils correspondent à un des supervolcans les plus actifs du monde.
Le nom de cette zone vient du grec et signifie « champs brûlants » : ainsi la nommaient en effet les premiers colons grecs[réf. nécessaire].
