Sabaudia est une commune italienne d'environ 20 500 habitants, située dans la province de Latina, dans la région Latium, en Italie centrale.
Sabaudia est située au cœur de la région de l'Agropontino , à 25 km de Latina. Le territoire communal s'étend du littoral sablonneux de la plaine côtière jusqu'à un espace de forêts et de zones humides et marécageuses bordé par trois lacs : le lac des Moines , le lac de Sabaudia et le lac de Caprolace. Une grande partie du territoire communal est incluse dans le parc National de Circeo depuis 1934.
