Stroumitsa ou Strumica , est une municipalité et une ville du sud-est de la Macédoine du Nord. La municipalité comptait 45 087 habitants en 2002 et s'étend sur 321,89 km2. La ville en elle-même compte 35 311 habitants, le reste de la population étant réparti dans les villages alentour. La ville tire son nom de la rivière Stroumitsa qui la traverse. C'est le principal centre économique du sud-est du pays.
Stroumitsa est entourée par les municipalités macédoniennes de Vasilevo, Bosilovo, Novo Selo, Valandovo et Kontché ainsi que par la Grèce.
