Le château de Horn est une forteresse médiévale, située à la limite du village éponyme de Horn dans le Limbourg central. L'allée mène au bâtiment de la porte avec un toit à pignon. Au nord-ouest, le bâtiment de la porte est accolé à une tour semi-circulaire avec un toit pointu. De cette tour, un mur courbé mène vers l'ouest à la deuxième tour semi-circulaire avec un toit pointu. De cette tour, un mur courbé mène également au point sud de la forteresse. Les murs courbés donnent à la forteresse une base plus ou moins ovale.
