Polderpark Cronesteyn est un parc d'environ 120 hectares situé dans la commune de Leiden dans la province néerlandaise de Hollande-Méridionale. Il est classé comme un quartier faisant partie du district Roodenburger. Le parc a été réalisé en 1982 selon les plans d'Evert Cornet dans la Petite Cronesteinse ou Knotterpolder entre l'autoroute A4, la ligne de chemin de fer Leiden - Alphen, le canal Rijn-Schiekanaal et la Vrouwenvaart.
