Musée d'Histoire Naturelle de Maastricht est un musée d'histoire naturelle à Maastricht, aux Pays-Bas. Le musée est situé dans un ancien monastère appelé Grauwzustersklooster dans le quartier historique de Jekerkwartier au centre de Maastricht.
La collection est dédiée à la géologie, la paléontologie, la flore et la faune du Sud-Limbourg. Les points forts de la collection sont des fossiles du Crétacé provenant de Sint-Pietersberg, notamment le crâne d'un Mosasaure et des spécimens de la tortue géante de Hoffmann, Allopleuron hofmanni, et de la tortue de Suyckerbuyk, Glyptochelone suyckerbuyki.
Le musée possède également une salle d'époque avec des cabinets de curiosités. Une pièce remarquable de cette collection est un roi des rats du 19e siècle.
