Le moulin à eau d'Eerbeek est un moulin à eau sur la rivière Eerbeekse, près d'Eerbeek (commune de Brummen). La plus ancienne mention d'un moulin à eau appartenant à la maison d'Eerbeek date de 1395. À l'origine, le moulin avait également un moulin à grains sur l'autre rive, mais les restes de celui-ci ont été démolis en 1967. En 1942, la maison, avec le moulin, a été donnée à la Fondation Het Geldersch Landschap. En 1950, le moulin a été vendu au fermier W. H. van Zadelhoff, dont la famille louait le moulin depuis 1908. Le moulin a été restauré en état de fonctionnement en 1967. La dernière restauration a eu lieu en 2007. Le moulin d'Eerbeek est visitable sur rendez-vous et à des dates préalablement fixées.
