La Gulperberg ou Gulpenerberg est une colline dans le Heuvelland située près de Gulpen, dans le sud de la province néerlandaise de Limbourg. Au sommet de la Gulperberg se trouve le monument marial en béton de 1935 réalisé par le sculpteur Charles Vos et l'architecte Piet Gerrits. Le 26 mai 1969, le festival gratuit Pinknick y a été organisé. C'était une combinaison d'un pique-nique avec des performances de groupes de pop. Il y avait environ 20 000 visiteurs. En plus de Brainbox et Armand, des groupes limbourgeois se produisaient principalement : Opus 23, The Sharons, KEEM, Geno's Blue Busters, Static, Relax, Blitz & Whoom, Soul Inspiration et Doctor Loulou's Blues Clinic. À partir de 1970, l'événement a été poursuivi, mais cette fois commercialement, à Geleen, sous le nom de Pinkpop.
