La station Lansingerland-Zoetermeer est une gare ferroviaire à la croisée de l'extension de la ligne Oosterheem de RandstadRail et de la ligne de chemin de fer Gouda - La Haye à la frontière de Bleiswijk et Zoetermeer. En décembre 2007, le ministre Camiel Eurlings a promis que la construction de la gare BleiZo et de dix autres stations prévues pourrait être accélérée. La construction de la gare faisait partie d'un concept d'aménagement du territoire plus vaste portant le nom de travail "Landschap als Podium". Les municipalités de Lansingerland et Zoetermeer se sont mises d'accord en 2008 pour développer la zone concernée à la suite de ce concept.
