Le cimetière militaire belge de Willemstad est situé au bord du Hollandsch Diep dans la ville néerlandaise de Willemstad. Ce cimetière abrite 159 morts de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, originaires de Belgique. La plupart, 134, étaient des prisonniers de guerre allemands et ont été transportés par bateau vers des camps de prisonniers. Ils ont trouvé la mort lorsque leur bateau, le Rhenus 127, a heurté une mine le 30 mai 1940. Une partie des victimes avait été enterrée précédemment dans le cimetière derrière l'église réformée de Willemstad ; ce cimetière étant devenu plein, il a été décidé, pour des raisons de santé publique, d'utiliser une nouvelle fosse commune au bord du Hollandsch Diep.
