Le Markthal à Rotterdam est un immeuble résidentiel et commercial avec un marché couvert, situé entre les rues Dominee Jan Scharpstraat, Grotemarkt, Westnieuwland et Verlengde Nieuwstraat. L'inauguration a eu lieu le 1er octobre 2014 par la reine Máxima. En plus d'un marché couvert, le complexe abrite 228 appartements, 4600 m² d'espace commercial, 1600 m² de restauration et un parking pour plus de mille voitures.
