La tour d'eau à Middelburg, dans la province néerlandaise de Zélande, a été construite entre 1891 et 1892. Le design dans le style éclectique est l'œuvre de l'ingénieur Th. Stang. La tour d'eau possède un réservoir d'eau de 300 m3.
La tour d'eau a été convertie en maison en 1998. L'ascenseur a été placé à l'extérieur de la tour. Une partie du toit a été remplacée par une terrasse. La station de pompage derrière la tour a été transformée en bureau où se trouve Pagter Vastgoed.
