Hulsters Molen est un moulin à grain de 1884 situé rue Lange Heeren à Schoondijke. C'est un moulin en pierre rond avec une hauteur de 23,50 mètres.
Ce moulin en pierre a été épargné pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Un accord avait été passé avec les Canadiens à ce sujet. Lorsque les ailes étaient en position positive, cela signifiait en code secret que la résistance y trouvait refuge.
