L'université Adam-Mickiewicz de Poznań est l'université pluridisciplinaire publique de Poznań, capitale de la région de Grande-Pologne. Elle a été créée le 7 mai 1919 et a reçu son nom actuel en 1955.
L'ancienne faculté de médecine et de pharmacie a été érigée en 1950 en académie de médecine autonome, devenue actuellement l'Université de médecine Karol Marcinkowski
