Volvo Cars est un constructeur suédois d'automobiles premium et de luxe, fondé en 1927. Son siège social se trouve à Göteborg, en Suède. En 2016, 61,4 % des 31 000 salariés de Volvo étaient toujours basés en Suède.
À l'origine détenues par le conglomérat suédois d'automobiles, de camions et d'engins de chantier AB Volvo, les activités automobiles grand public de AB Volvo, sous la dénomination Volvo Cars, appartiennent depuis 2010 au constructeur chinois Geely, après avoir appartenu au groupe Ford pendant onze ans.
