Le Trump International Hotel and Tower est un gratte-ciel résidentiel et hôtelier situé au 401 North Wabash Avenue dans le secteur de Near North Side à Chicago, dans l'État de l'Illinois aux États-Unis. Le gratte-ciel porte le nom de son propriétaire, le multimilliardaire américain et 45e président des États-Unis Donald Trump.
Achevé à l'été 2009, il est le deuxième plus haut gratte-ciel de Chicago après la Willis Tower. L'immeuble mesure 423 mètres et possède 98 étages. Aujourd'hui, l'édifice est le quatrième plus haut bâtiment des États-Unis après le One World Trade Center à New York.
