La Willis Tower est un gratte-ciel américain situé à Chicago, dans l'État de l'Illinois, achevé en 1973 et œuvre de l'architecte Bruce Graham. Il a été le plus haut immeuble du monde pendant 25 ans, et des États-Unis pendant 40 ans, avant d'être dépassé en 2013 par le One World Trade Center à New York. Il est à ce jour le deuxième plus haut immeuble du continent américain et de l'Hémisphère ouest. Il se trouve au 233 South Wacker Drive dans le secteur financier du Loop.
Dépassant l'ancien World Trade Center, c'était également le bâtiment le plus haut du monde entre 1973 et 1998, jusqu'à la construction des Tours Petronas de Kuala Lumpur en Malaisie.
