La cathédrale de l'Immaculée-Conception est la cathédrale catholique du diocèse catholique d'Albany dans l'État de New York. Elle se trouve à Albany , devant l'Empire State Plaza. C'est un monument inscrit au National Register of Historic Places depuis 1976.
La cathédrale de style néogothique est construite entre 1848 et 1852 par Patrick Keely et consacrée en 1852 par Mgr John Hughes , archevêque de New York. Son premier évêque, Mgr John McCloskey , était évêque coadjuteur de New York avec droits de succession et s'installa donc à New York en 1865, après la mort de Mgr Hughes, laissant le siège vacant pendant de longs mois. L'intérieur de l'église est recouvert de plâtre et de lattes et peint en trompe-l'œil pour donner l'impression de pierres.
