Le vol UPS Airlines 1354 était une liaison régulière d'un avion cargo entre l'aéroport international de Louisville et l'aéroport international de Birmingham–Shuttlesworth par UPS Airlines qui s'est écrasé au cours de l'atterrissage le 14 août 2013.
L'appareil impliqué dans l'accident est un Airbus A300F4-622R, d'immatriculation N155UP, moteurs Pratt & Whitney PW4000, construit en 2003 et réceptionné sortie d'usine par UPS en février 2004. Au moment de l'accident, l'appareil comptabilisait environ 11 000 heures de vol effectuées au cours de 6 800 cycles de sorties.
