Le Territoire du Nebraska était un territoire organisé incorporé des États-Unis, établi par le Kansas-Nebraska Act de 1854. Sa capitale était Omaha. Il cessa d'exister lorsque le Nebraska fut admis dans l'Union, en 1867.
À l'origine, les frontières du Territoire du Nebraska incluaient une grande partie du territoire acquis par la vente de la Louisiane : il s'étendait entre 40° et 49° N, et entre la ligne continentale de partage des eaux à l'ouest et les rivières White Earth et Missouri à l'est. Il comprenait donc la majeure partie du nord des Grandes Plaines et du bassin du haut Missouri.
