Patsch è un comune con 1115 abitanti nel distretto di Innsbruck-Land in Tirolo. Il comune si trova nel distretto giudiziario di Innsbruck. Patsch si trova sulla terrazza montana all'ingresso della Val Wipptal, ai piedi del Patscherkofel a sud di Innsbruck. Il territorio comunale include, oltre al villaggio parrocchiale situato lungo la vecchia strada del sale, le frazioni di Kehr, Rinnerhöfe, Sillwerk, Ruggschrein, Ahren e Bahnhof. Il punto più alto del comune è il Patscherkofel, con un'altitudine di 2246 m. A Ruggschrein si trovava in passato una dogana lungo la importante strada del sale che portava da Hall in Tirolo a Matrei.
