Virton è un comune e una località nella provincia di Lussemburgo in Belgio. Virton si trova in Belgio-Lotharingia e nella regione della Gaume ed è la città più meridionale del Belgio. La località si trova presso la confluenza del Vire e del Ton, ma la città non deriva il suo nome da questo. Il nome è derivato da Vertunum, il nome celtico per "collina ben difesa".
