Sautin è una sezione del comune belga di Sivry-Rance, situata nella Regione vallona nella Provincia di Hainaut.
Frazione di Sivry dal XVII secolo, Sautin acquisisce la sua autonomia solo nel 1914. La popolazione locale ha sempre vissuto di agricoltura e di bosco, fino alla scomparsa delle fucine a metà del XIX secolo.
