Piano terra rialzato con basamento in arenaria e gradinata; finestre ad arco in arenaria profilata su imposte; le mensole sostengono le soglie delle finestre; catene angolari. Cornice sporgente; al secondo piano finestre rettangolari. Le ultime campate dell'edificio sporgono leggermente in avanti. Modifiche: cornicione stilizzato sotto il coronamento; frontoni a coronare le campate sporgenti e la facciata.
