Buizingen è un villaggio nella provincia belga del Brabant Fiammingo e un comune sussidiario di Halle. Si trova a circa 15 km a sud-ovest di Bruxelles. Buizingen era un comune indipendente fino alla riorganizzazione comunale del 1977. L'urbanizzazione di Buizingen si integra perfettamente con quella di Huizingen, a nord-est, e con quella di Halle, a sud.
