's-Gravenvoeren è un paese nella provincia belga di Limburgo ed è una frazione del comune di Voeren. La frazione ha una superficie di 13,18 km² e contava 1378 abitanti nel 2016.
Il paese faceva parte della contea di Dalhem, che originariamente si chiamava anche Voeren e veniva governata da 's-Gravenvoeren, fino a quando il conte non costruì un castello a Dalhem, che poi venne chiamato anche 's-Gravendal.
