Loverval è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Hainaut ed è un comune della municipalità walpona di Gerpinnes.
Loverval era un comune autonomo, fino a quando nel riordino comunale del 1977 è stato aggiunto al comune di Gerpinnes.
Loverval aveva un proprio governo comunale e un sindaco fino alla fusione comunale del 1977. Dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, il ministro Maurice Brasseur è stato per un periodo sindaco qui.
